Parking: Public parking is available at the Lagoon Motel located at 5915 North Lagoon Drive. 
Departure Details: The pontoon rentals are launched from behind the Lagoon Motel located at 5915 N Lagoon Dr Panama City, FL 32408. North Lagoon Drive is accessible from Thomas Drive, across the street from Captain Anderson's. Do not go to the Lighthouse marina location for pontoon boat rentals. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure time. It is best to confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. For any issues, please contact your provider, FUNPCB, at 850-235-8051.
Boater's Test: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. Best pricing around and we had a blast! Went to the St. Andrew's Bay jetty and let the kids swim in the shallows then as we were leaving spotted some dolphins swimming back out to the Gulf. After we watched them we headed down to Shell Island and had a nice beach day without all the crowds.

Verification with our host at Aquatic Adventure  the day before with Chase was absolutely great. He is such a great guy and went over everything to expect the day of our rental.  Chase met us the next day and assisted us with carrying our heavy stuff to the boat.  Gave us a tour of everything on the boat, went over the map and all of our questions.  We spent a beautiful great day on the boat enjoying the dolphins and also the jets flying overhead from the local air force base.  What a show by both!  Thank you by Aquatic Adventures, Panama City, Tyndall Air Force Base beautiful open water and the local dolphins!!!

Everything from verification the day before

Poor condition of boat. Moldy appearing seats,  Tears in seat cusions. Rotted  wood. Fuel gage didn't work. Cover to electrical equipment off. No speaker for radio.   Gate on front of boat missing, I never rented a boat in worse condition

Everything went well.  I  had 12 people on the pontoon for my 70th birthday to shell island.

Unfortunately I ended up coming down with something and wasn’t able to attend but my mother in law and brother in law had a great time and really enjoyed themselves.

Oh my gosh! What a great time!! The crew/mates were so helpful! It was my first time deep sea fishing! Along with my nephew’s stepson. I want to do this again! The fish we caught were delicious!! Everyone loved the snapper and even the little grunts we caught! Thank you for such a nice first experience!!

It was a great experience to ride on a boat with my family and daughters best friend for her birthday! We saw dolphins and even a sea turtle! We were able to take drinks and subway sandwiches along with chips and fruit, we could enjoy close to shell island where we picked shells and saw hermit crabs! We would definitely do it again :)

The captain, Dennis, was very nice and made sure we saw as many dolphins as possible. He gave us some history and taught us a lot about dolphins we didn’t know. The one and only down side to this experience was how the customer service handled the situation the morning of our experience. They texted me 30 min prior to tell me the trip would have to be cancelled or rescheduled due to not having at least 3 people on board. I begged and pleaded since it was a surprise for my best friend’s birthday. I finally had to pay for a 3rd party to be able to go then they still couldn’t go on time because the captain “needed 24 hours notice”, yet customers only need 30 minutes? Found that entire situation highly unprofessional. Either way, we made it on and saw many dolphins and took lots of photos and videos and had a private tour for two at the cost of three.

I loved it Captain Josh was extremely patient and kind and answering all of our questions the whole experience was amazing and I will forever choose trip shock.com to book my beach Adventures from now on and I will be making a trip down to Panama at least twice a year because of the amazing experience that I had this time thank you all so much
