Booking Details:

Once you purchase your package online, a photographer from Light Writer Imaging will call to verify meeting time, location and any other important details in regards to the session. Print off your booking voucher and bring to the photo shoot for redemption. If you're booking from a mobile device or computer with no printer, please write down the booking ID and provide that with a valid ID.

Departure Details
The photographer is available daily for beach photo sessions. Please check the tour calendar for availability by clicking the "View pricing" button above. Customers can choose from a sunrise or sunset session. Sunset sessions are an additional $30 due to higher demand. Sunset sessions begin roughly around 6pm and sunrise sessions begin roughly around 6am. The photographer will confirm the exact session times prior to departing.

Restrictions
● These packages cannot be booked for weddings, vow renewals or large events.
● Due to the limited sunlight, groups of 15 or more that include small children may incur additional fees. Please call 850-461-7362 for more info.

Additional Information
● Clothing Suggestions - Khaki and white is the traditional beach portraiture attire. We at Light Writer Imaging are fans of color and encourage you to wear some! Black clothing looks very striking and helps onr stand out from the background. Blue jeans & white shirts is also very popular and looks very amazing in the summer. Reds, coral, teal, blues and greens also look amazing! We do recommend to avoid patterned materials or garments with writing or pictures on it as they can be distracting.
● We recommend avoiding staying out in the sun too long prior to your portrait session as it will leave skin with a red tint in the photos.
● Ladies please avoid putting lotion (arms & legs) as the sand will cling your skin
● Please wait 2-4 weeks for photos to process and post. We apologize for any inconvenience or wait.
● Location for our session can be on the beach behind your condo/beach house or a nearby public beach access. There are also other great spots in the area available for recommendation.
● Sunrise Sessions will begin shortly after the 1st light of the day. Sunset sessions start approximately one hour prior to sunset. Sessions during the day are difficult and not recommended due to the heavy sunlight and extreme heat.
● Additional Prints and other Products can be purchased ala carte. All photos will have minor touch ups when posted online(exposure adjustment, cropping, minor color correction etc.) Extensive editing available for additional fees upon purchase of prints or disc.
● High Resolution Disc with copyright release is available for purchase. Price will vary based on package booked. This is payable directly to the photographer after the session is completed!
● If weather is unfavorable for your portrait session, another time or day will be scheduled(based on availability) or the customer may receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the start time to receive a full refund.
