Booking Details:

Due to limited availability, customers must book the wedding package by phone. Once the package is booked, the wedding coordinator will make contact shortly with the customer to confirm details of the wedding.

Departure Details
Beach wedding or vow renewal ceremonies are available year round. Customers are advised to book at least 30 days prior to arrival to insure availability. Weekends are typically the busiest days for weddings.

Duration: Ceremonies typically last 30 minutes.

Additional Information
● Once the package is booked, a wedding planner will call to discuss the ceremony and preparation.
● Once the package is booked, we will send you the contract and an officiate questionnaire to get on task to provide you a simple but elegant beach wedding.
● Florida Marriage license is signed and delivered.
● Customers can customize each package by adding chairs, catering, lights and more. Additional costs will be discussed with the coordinator.

Cancellation Policy
If the customer decides to cancel at any time after booking, 25% of the purchase amount will be kept as a cancellation fee. If the weather is unfavorable for a beach ceremony, we will attempt to reschedule or discuss an alternative option for the ceremony.
