Booking Details:

Once the rental is booked, please print your voucher and redeem with the delivery driver upon arrival. Customers are asked to confirm the reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If the customer books through a cell phone or computer with no printer, please provide the booking ID# and a valid drivers license for verification.

Departure Details
Scooter rentals are offered year round. Customers may book one or more days. It is best to book your rentals early due to limited supply. Drop off time and locations will be discussed once the customer confirms the booking with the renter.

Restrictions
● Scooters can be delivered within a 10 mile radius of Destin which includes Okaloosa Island, Sandestin, Grayton Beach and Santa Rosa Beach.
● Renter must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID and credit card. Imprints of credit cards are required for rental of the scooters.
● Driver must have valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance
● Vehicles cannot be driven on main Highway 98 or any roads over 35 mph

Additional Information
● Helmets are required for teenagers and children under 16. They are optional for those over 16.
● Passengers may ride on the scooter, but weight limits should not exceed 300 pounds.
● Driver is responsible for self, passenger, scooter, and others in case of incident.
● Scooters are intended for roads 35 mph or under. Scenic Hwy 98 is a great 7 mile stretch along the beach in Walton and Okaloosa counties. 30-A is an 18 mile stretch from West Walton County almost to Panama City.
● If the scooters are not available when the time is up, a late charge will be assessed and paid directly to the renter.
● If the delivery is delayed due to unfavorable weather, the customer may request a refund or a prorated cost for the rental.

Cancellation Policy
Customer must cancel within 24 hours prior to their booking date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given once the scooter has been rented.
