If you choose to pick up the tickets, please bring a photo ID to the Panama City Beach TripShock! location to pick up Gulf World Marine Park Tickets (1 block from Gulf World). The kiosk is open from 10am-5pm daily (with the exception of holidays). Pick-up location is at the Panhandle Helicopter Building at 15726 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.

Departure Details
Gulf World Marine Park is open year round. During the summer months, Gulf World is open from 9am to 7pm. Fall, winter and spring months, Gulf World is open from 9:30am to 5pm daily. Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day and will open one day after each of those holidays.

● Gulf World Marine Park is located at 15412 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.
● Lockers are available for rent, however we do not recommend bringing valuables into the park.
● Guests may not bring coolers, food, or beverage items into the park.
● You are welcome to leave the park and return the same day with your hand stamped or your receipt.
● If the weather causes the park to close during the duration of your vacation, the tickets can be exchanged for a refund by calling TripShock. No refunds once you have redeemed your ticket at the park.
● Children under 4 are FREE.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be returned to the TripShock kiosk for a full refund minus a $5 administrative fee.
