Booking Details:

Once the tickets are booked online, print out your voucher and please call at least 48 hours prior to confirm the booking. If the customer chooses transportation, they must call to confirm their pickup time and location. Customers that decide to drive to the swamp tour location need to show up 30 minutes early to 6601 Leo Kerner Lafitte Parkway, Marrero, Louisiana 70072.

Airboat tours depart daily throughout the year. Tour times include 9:45am, 12pm and 2pm.

Additional Information
● Customer opting for hotel pickup must be ready an hour prior to theis scheduled tour time.
● After finishing your transaction, print out your voucher as your ticket for the tour.
● Seven airboats are available accommodating up to 98 passengers. Boats hold anywhere from 6-14 people.
● Children under 8 are NOT permitted on Airboat Tours.
● If weather or wind is unfavorable for your tour, another day will be scheduled or the customer may receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the guide calls off the tour due to weather, the tour may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period. No-shows will not be refunded.
