Once the tickets are booked online, bring your online voucher down to the Paddlewheels Ticket Booth located on #2 Poydras St. Riverwalk Dock, New Orleans. Once the voucher is redeemed, the attendant will direct you to the departure location. Your voucher will be required for this tour.

Customers must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund. No-shows and cancellations after the 24 hour cut off will forfeit 50% of the purchase price.
