Once the voucher is redeemed at the IMAX ticket office, your ticket(s) is valid for one show only. Online tickets are non-refundable after purchase. If for some reason the IMAX is closed for a special event or act of god, please call us at 850-424-5125 for a refund or a ticket transfer.

● The IMAX Theatre is located in Downtown New Orleans adjacent to Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. You will redeem your voucher at the aquarium ticket office.
● Please advise that parking is not free. Metered parking is available along with paid lots. Parking is $5 off at the Jax Parking Lot, Sugar Parking Lot, Badine Parking Lot, Canal Place Parking Garage, World Trade Center Garage and the Hilton Whale Wall Lot. Parking tickets must be validated at the Aquarium, IMAX® or Insectarium to receive the parking discount.
● The IMAX Theatre is open 10am-5pm Tuesday-Sunday on most days. Closing times are subject to change. Please call the 1-800 number on the voucher to confirm hours of operation before arrival. Show Times run on the hour.
● Park is closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and Mardi Gras Day.
