Please bring a photo ID upon arrival for booking verification. If the customer chooses transportation, they must call to confirm their pickup time and location. Customers that decide to drive to the swamp tour location need to show up 30 minutes early to 6601 Leo Kerner Lafitte Parkway, Marrero, Louisiana 70072.

● Children under 6 (not occupying a seat on tours) are free of charge but charged for food on cruises.

● Above rates are per person and include all taxes. Rates do not include gratuity to drivers and/or guides.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will forfeit 50% of the purchase price plus a $5 service fee. If the trip is cancelled due to weather, the tour may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
