Booking Details:

Once the tour is purchased online, print your voucher and call the local number provided for location details (A representative will also make contact shortly after booking). Due to the multiple departure locations across Panama City Beach, customers will be scheduled at the closest one to their place of lodging. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to sign the liability waiver and receive safety orientation. If this activity is booked through a mobile phone or a computer with no printer access, please have your booking ID# and drivers license available upon arrival for verification. It is best to confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Departure Details
This activity offers daily departures March through October. Current departures times are 9am through 5pm. Customers are asked to reserve at least two days in advance due to limited availability. Customers may request a departure time upon booking, but must confirm prior to arrival due to scheduling changes.

Restrictions
● Customer must be 18 to book this tour.
● Youngsters 6-18 years may parasail with the signed permission of their guardian. Youngsters 18 + may sign for them selves.
● Weight limits can change hourly or daily, but in general minimum is 90 lbs. and maximum is 450 lbs. The captain makes the final decision.
● In order to receive free hotel pick-up, customers must be in the immediate Panama City Beach area and call at least one day prior to schedule. Shuttle service is not guaranteed.

Additional Information
● Parasailers do not take off from the beach. Boats have special equipment that allows parasailers to take off from the boat and land on the boat (customers may get wet if they want to be).
● Riders can only come along if there is enough room on the boat. If there is space available, the cost is $15.00 paid directly to the booth upon arrival. Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee.
● A "dip" is when the captain slows the boat down and the parachute descends until the customer hits the water.
● You will be on the boat from an hour to a hour and a half. The boat holds up to 12 and takes turns flying 1-3 at a time.
● If the weather is unfavorable for parasailing, another time/date will be scheduled. If another time cannot be reschedule, customer will be given a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Customer must cancel at least 24 hour prior to their reservation date to receive a full refund. Please contact us if you decide to change your time as we will accommodate requests based on availability. No coupons, discounts or promotions may be added to this reservation unless provided by TripShock!. Payment type cannot be changed once purchased has been completed.
