Chicken Toulouse Tender chicken breasts slow cooked in a reduction of white wine, shallots and finished with fresh Rosemary. Chef's Carving Station Chef's selection of carved meats based on prime choice of the day. Catfish Creole with Spanish Rice Louisiana farm raised catfish topped with smothered Creole tomato court-bouillon sauce over Spanish seasoned yellow rice. Restoration Rotini Tri-colored rotini tossed in a New Orleans bordelaise made with Abita Restoration Ale, butter and garlic. Corn Maque Choux Sweet corn sauteed with apple wood smoked bacon and andouille sausage. Classic New Orleans! Fresh Market Vegetables Chef's choice of locally grown produce. New Orleans Bread Pudding Traditional Bread Pudding with sugared pecans and a Jim Beam whiskey sauce. Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownies Delectable blend of the famous Ghiradelli dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate in a melt-in-your-mouth brownie. Coffee, tea, and water included. Cruise will leave at 7:00pm regardless of seating time. Customer may select seating time upon departure. Booking Details:● All vouchers can be redeemed at the Lighthouse Ticket Office located on Toulouse St. @ the Mississippi River in the French Quarter. Once the voucher is redeemed, the attendant will direct you to the departure location.● Schedule and availability are subject to change. Call the number provided on your booking voucher to confirm schedule at least 24 hours prior to departure. ● Rates do not apply to Special Event or Holiday Cruises or Tours. ● Transfers must be used in conjunction with optional tours. ● Above rates are per person and include all taxes. The live music was briliant! Traditional New Orleans jazz was something I only thought I'd see in zatarans commercials lol. But a delicious creole/cajun meal, old fashioned steamboat, and a jazz group; this trip couldn't be more good ole' fashioned New Orleans. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great, laid back, traditional trip.

My wife and I had an amazing time on the Steamboat. I grew up in Louisiana so I know creole foods, and I would say that the chef's did a great job in preparing a traditional New Orleans meal. The live music was also great and added to the atmosphere.

Took this cruise on my first day in town back a couple weeks ago, and it really put me in the mood for my visit. A real steamboat, along with a traditional creole dinner; it left me so excited for the rest of my time in new orleans. Just make sure you get there on time, i saw a few people pulling up as the boat was taking off.
