Booking Details:

Once you purchase your package online, a photographer from V7V Photography will call to verify meeting time, location and any other important details in regards to the session. Please bring with you the provided confirmation number (located on the voucher e-mailed to you after online purchase) and a valid drivers license for verification.

Departure Details
The photographer is available daily for beach photo sessions. Please check the tour calendar for availability by clicking the "View pricing" button above. Customers can choose from a sunrise or sunset session. Sunset sessions begin roughly around 6pm and sunrise sessions begin roughly around 6am. The photographer will confirm the exact session times prior to departing.

Restrictions
● These packages cannot be booked for weddings, vow renewals or large events.
● The photographer will choose the beach location. If the client is located outside the area chosen, they will be required to meet at a mutual location. For an additional $25 client may choose their preferred beach spot.
● Due to the limited sunlight, groups of 10-20 people will be charged an additional $35.

Additional Information
● Clothing Suggestions - Khaki and white is the standard, but over the years we have seen some great colors on the beach. For a simple pop of color, the girls can always bring pastel wraps or summer scarfs. When dressing the entire family in with colors, choose pastels and light colors. Deep reds and blacks do not work well on the beach versus in the studio. Another favorite is if mom comes dressed in a floral summer dress (pastel floral of course).
● Sunrise Sessions will begin shortly after the 1st light of the day. Sunset sessions start approximately one hour prior to sunset. Sessions during the day are difficult and not recommended due to the heavy sunlight.
● Additional Prints and other Products can be purchased ala carte. Basic edits for stray hairs, shine, debris or people in the background included at no charge for ALL PRINT ORDERS.
● High Resolution Disc with copyright release is available for purchase (edits for printed images included). Full Hour Session Disc $400. Discounts are offered on the disk with large print orders.
● If weather is unfavorable for your photo session, another day will be scheduled or the customer may receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 48 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather is unfavorable, the session may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 48 hour cancellation period.
