Booking Details:

Once you purchase your package online, a photographer from White Sands Photos will call to verify meeting time, location and any other important details in regards to the session. Print off your booking voucher and bring to the photo shoot for redemption. If you're booking from a mobile device or computer with no printer, please write down the booking ID and provide that with a valid ID.

Departure Details
The photographer is available daily for beach photo sessions. Please check the tour calendar for availability by clicking the "View pricing" button above. Customers can choose from a sunrise or sunset session. Sunset sessions are an additional $30 due to higher demand. Sunset sessions begin roughly around 6:30pm depending on the time of the year and sunrise sessions begin roughly around 6am. The photographer will confirm the exact session times prior to departing.

Restrictions
● These packages cannot be booked for weddings, vow renewals or large events.
● Due to the limited sunlight, groups of 20 or more that include small children may incur additional fees. Please call 800-450-7139 for more info.

Additional Information
● Clothing Suggestions - Khaki and white have been the most popular for years but I think jeans look great. For the tops, white is definitely the most popular but don’t be afraid of color. I suggest keeping it solid with no patterns or stripes. The best colors are ones that you would find in the sky, water or sea oats (aqua, blues, teal, green)
● Pictures will be posted online within 2 weeks of your session and will be online for 30 days for viewing & ordering.
● Location for our session can be on the beach behind your condo/beach house or a nearby public beach access.
● Sunrise Sessions will begin shortly after the 1st light of the day. Sunset sessions start approximately one hour prior to sunset. Sessions during the day are difficult and not recommended due to the harsh sunlight.
● Additional Prints and other Products can be purchased ala carte. Basic edits for stray hairs, shine, debris or people in the background included at no charge for ALL PRINT ORDERS.
● High Resolution Disc with copyright release is available for purchase (edits for printed images included). Full Hour Session Disc $300, 30 minute Session Disc $200. Ala carte Basic edits for $3 per image (Printed orders include FREE EDIT for basic retouching ). Ala carte Extensive edits range from $7 - $15 per image (slenderize, whiten teeth, head swaps,braces removal, tan lines ETC). This is payable directly to the photographer after the session is completed!
● If weather is unfavorable for your photo session, another day will be scheduled or the customer may receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the start time to receive a full refund.
