Frequently Asked Questions● I lost my voucher and I can't print a new one, what do I do? We understand that these things happen when traveling. If you lose your voucher and you cannot print a new one, please call us at 850-424-5125 and we'll do our best to forward a copy of the voucher to you or the activity provider. Depending on which activity you booked, the activity provider will have your reservation on file and the voucher is not needed, but always be prepared and have your voucher. ● How can I view my reservation information and print my voucher(s)? Once you book your reservation, you should receive an email with an access code. Copy the access code and enter it in here. If you have not received an access code, please call or email us for one. ● Can I change the dates of my reservation? Yes, you can change your reservation if the vendor has availability. TripShock! does not charge for changing reservations, but the vendor may have a policy that requires a fee. Call or email us and we will gladly make any adjustments. ● How do I cancel my reservation? You will first need to let TripShock! know that you are going to cancel via phone or email. Depending on how late you cancel, the reservation may be non-refundable. You will have to review the vendor agreement when you book as it will state the policies on cancellation. Do not call the vendor directly to reschedule or cancel. Only a TripShock! representative can make changes to a reservation. ● I have a large group and I can't book that many on the website.
