I lost my voucher and I can't print a new one, what do I do?
We understand that these things happen when traveling. If you lose your voucher and you cannot print a new one, please call us at (800) 450-7139 and we'll do our best to forward a copy of the voucher to you or the activity provider. Depending on which activity you booked, the activity provider will have your reservation on file and the voucher is not needed, but always be prepared and have your voucher.

My hotel or condo doesn't have a printer, can I still book an activity?
It all depends on which activity you are booking. Some activity providers will only accept printed vouchers because they do not have the resource to easily look-up bookings made through TripShock.com. However, there are also several activity providers that have the booking information at the activity location and don't require the voucher. It is best to read the bookings details on each listing to see what the restriction are regarding printed vouchers.

What are the advantages of booking through TripShock! rather than going direct?

How can I view my reservation information and print my voucher(s)?
Once you book your reservation, you should receive an email with an access code. Copy the access code and enter it in here. If you have not received an access code, please call or email us for one.

Can I change the dates of my reservation?
Yes, you can change your reservation if the vendor has availability. TripShock! does not charge for changing reservations, but the vendor may have a policy that requires a fee. Call or email us and we will gladly make any adjustments.

How do I cancel my reservation?
You will first need to let TripShock! know that you are going to cancel via phone or email. Depending on how late you cancel, the reservation may be non-refundable. You will have to review the vendor agreement when you book as it will state the policies on cancellation. Do not call the vendor directly to reschedule or cancel. Only a TripShock! representative can make changes to a reservation.

I have a large group and I can't book that many on the website.

What happens when I arrive to the activity and the prices are lower than what I paid online?.
Although this is rare, sometimes prices change without our notice. Please call or email us after your tour and we will refund the difference. Please keep in mind that this process usually takes a few days since we will need to do some discovery on the situation. We strive to have the best rates available so we take these situations seriously.
