Located in Seascape Resort there are so many things to keep you busy including tennis courts, golf courses, great pools with zero-entry for the kids, two restaurants and one right on the beach. The beach is within walking distance but the property also offers a complimentary beach tram and includes beach chair set-up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)everyday.
Amenities in the one, two and three-bedroom vacation rentals at Ariel Dunes include all the comforts of home and more: private balconies, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, washers and dryers, nine-foot ceilings, and ceramic-tile foyers.
Building 1 boasts 12,000 square feet of swimming pools, with another 11,000 square feet at Building 2. The surrounding Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort is a gated community with tennis courts, freshwater lakes, a conference center, and an 18-hole championship golf course.
Ariel Dunes include Free daily beach service (seasonal), Free Wi-Fi, discounted golf, and the Resort Recreation Discount Program (a $300 daily value).
Booking Details:Unit Assignments: For the benefit of our guests, we do not assign unit numbers until the day of arrival in order to provide the best vacation experience possible. Each unit is individually owned; there can be several factors that can prevent the pre-assignment of units such as maintenance, real estate transactions, remodeling and owner use. Guests that have specific requirements for their unit (bedding, floor type, decor) may request during booking however requests are not guaranteed. Property Policies & Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. ● Cleaning Fee charged by the resort at check-in: 1 bed condo is $100, 2 bed is $120 and 3 bed is $150. ● On site Check-In starts at 4 PM: Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. After-hours can find check-in instructions on the office door or 877-628-9561. ● Check-Out 11 AM: Unauthorized late check-out will result in the guest having a balance due equal to half of one days rental fees. No refunds for early departure. ● Minimum age requirement is 25. During Spring Break the ratio for each reservation must be one parent or guardian per every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. ● A $100 cancellation fee and $10 service fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations up to 7 days prior to arrival. If customer cancels inside 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of $100 plus 50% of the reservation will be charged. There are no refunds for same day cancellations or no shows. ● Photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. ● Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Had such a wonderful & great time @ Ariel Dunes. Thankful to tripshock for giving us a very good price( right for our budget) on the condo unit we rented. Would definitely use again if we are back there in that area & recommend tripshock to our family & friends.

We enjoyed staying at Ariel Dunes II resort Aug 12-17th. The condo was clean for the most part and it came with everything it said it would. The only thing that was upsetting was, check in was not till 4pm. We had arrived a little early so we called to see if maybe the room would be ready before then. They did not call me till right at 4 to give me the door number. I guess that is not their fault though since it does say check in is at 4. The lady that checked me in did not go over the different codes they have for the pool and after hours lower lobby area. over all we had a good vacation the condo was nice and big and we had a spectacular view. I do wish they would provide more trash bags and towels. So all the little things did not bother us so much. For the people that said the walk to the beach was far....it is not far at all. If you read the information provided before you book it says its a ten minute walk. It is way less then a ten minute walk.

The location was great! Plenty of room, great views, would definitely stay again. The only thing was the room did have a pretty odd smell when you first go in but I guess you get used to it. Also, they need to supply more towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at ariel dunes. I just wish there were more towels and rags for everyone. I also wish that the front desk was open later than it was.

Ariel Dunes was a great location! The Suite we had was great! The view of the beach is excellent! The property was well maintained. I dealt with the staff very minimally but the few times I met with them I had no complaints. I'd definitely suggest this resort and my family has already started preparing for a trip down there next summer! If I had to complain about something, the beach is about a 3 minute walk from the resort and the suite we had, the ironing board was broke:-( Beyond that, I loved it. we were a little disappointed with the decor of this condo. The picture hanging on the wall was warped and an eye sore! The patio furniture was old and dilapidated was afraid to sit on it. Also the kitchen was not equipped with the basics to cook a meal. Needs some improvement before we would book this unit again.
