Departure Details: Tour meets at Bayside Marketplace located at 401 Biscayne Blvd., Downtown Miami at 10:00 AM. Please call the provider 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm details and present your voucher to the Gray Line representative upon pick-up. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Tour departs on time. Any issues, please contact your provider, Gray Line Miami, at 877-643-1258.

The air boat tour was fine. I know you can't get wildlife to do what you want. But the land structure was under construction, lil/no shade, I got heat exhaustion & very dehydrated.
Later the bus driver have me bad information & I lost some of my belongings & I was so upset.
Because I was dehydrated I couldn't enjoy my boat tour at Bayside. The bartender only served ppl who climb stairs. & being disabled & dehydrated I couldn't climb stairs to get any drinks.
When it was time to leave the bus was an hour late & I didn't know that we weren't getting on the same bus & I had been told we could leave things on the bus, I hadn't wanted to carry a few things including my picture from the Everglades tour...& we didn't have the same bus but staff didn't seem to care how important that picture was to me.

Dehydrated & disappointed

Went on a boat cruise to see the stars homes and also went on a airboat ride with an alligator show. Very fun and entertaining day! The tour guides were great!

We took the recommendation from the TripShock! representative to go with both tours and it worked out just fine.  We probably enjoyed the everglades tour a little more than the boat tour, but they both were just fine.  We are from New York so we never appreciated the beautify that southern Florida has to offer!

Great combination of tours to take. My husband and I love the water, so taking boat tours all day wasn't a problem for us!

Bus picked us up on time. Driver and host had a problem with communication in English. Lots of driving and lag time. Everglades trip was awesome and folks were back on time. Driver did not communicate to people about when we needed to leave in English and loud enough to be heard. We heard 4:30.  After waiting till 5 he left. No bathroom breaks unless u were late.  Condition of bus was bad. Lots of broken seats.

Everyone we dealt with were nice and professional. The guys operating the boat were also very professional. We had a terrible downpour but the guys running the boat did a great job trying to keep us dry and comfortable. I would definitely take another trip on the Thriller!

We had a wonderful time on Wednesday 4/14/2021 on the celebrity boat tour. The captain, the young lady who was our tour guide, Alex the photographer and the other crew members, they were all Excellent!! They made the tour a Perfect experience for my husband and I. Whenever we return to Miami for a visit, we will do this again
