    Overpriced for what you get

The actual parasailing was fine but the rest was not worth the money we paid. Packed us on the boat like sardines. Could not bring any of our stuff with us including our shoes. 100 degree weather with kids, it would have been nice to have a small cooler with waters & not have to sit squished in between two people plus had to wear our parasailing harnesses the whole boat ride. Then once it was our turn, we felt very rushed because they are trying to pack in 5 parasailing rides within one hour. Hopefully other parasailing companies think more of their customers instead of focusing purely on profit.

    Hi Erin, ...

Hi Erin, The tour operators have found it's safest and more efficient to have the harnesses secured prior to departure, so although it may be a bit uncomfortable, it is truly the safest practice. They also ask everyone to remove their footwear prior to boarding the boat because they have learned that these items will fly out from the boat if not secured. We definitely have seen more visitors this year compared to previous summers, so the boats have been a bit more full. Additionally, because of more passengers on the boat, they try to limit the amount of carry on items simply for the sake of space. It's a pretty short trip and you're always welcome to bring a bottled water on board. July is typically our busiest month but if you visit early June or late August, there are usually far less people. I'm glad to hear you still enjoyed your trip and hope we see you again! TripShock! Parasailing at chutes

Was told to be there 30 min early and finally left dock 40 min past booking time. My daughter and niece were the last ones to parasail and was very short (1/2 of rest)

I booked like 2 weeks before our vacation. The day before my son had vomiting and diarrhea. I called the night before and said I didn't think we would make it because of him vomiting and they said they would squeeze me in the next day so I called that morning and said he was still sick vomiting and they said they couldn't cancel. I wouldn't book this excursion unless you're 110% sure that you're going to make it, because if an emergency happens you'll be out over $200.
