Reviews of French Quarter Cooking Studio - Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp & Artichoke Soup, and Pralines

Fun and informative cooking demonstration
I enjoyed the experience very much. Chef Michael not only showed us how to make three different delicious recipes, he gave an interesting history lesson about New Orleans and the people who settled it. It was fun and delicious.

Fabulous Class
We greatly enjoyed the tutorial and Anne's energy and stories. She is fabulous! We didn't expect to learn the history along with the food and were very entertained throughout! On a side note, if you want to take advantage of their gluten free option, make sure you remind everyone at every stage of the game and be prepared to sample other dishes. They are not the same as the menu items you saw prepared. If you have other allergies/sensitivities besides gluten, make sure they are discussed as well before booking. (I don't know if they can make other accommodations, but know in advance what to expect.)

Great Time, Great Food
My wife and I enjoyed the Cooking Demo - the instructor was very knowledgeable of local history, culture and how the different cultures of New Orleans have influence the local cuisine. The food was great and even though we had around 40 people in our class, there was more than enough to seconds of the soup, etouffee and praline. It's definitely a great time and we definitely walked out full so I would recommend not eating before this class.
