Parking: Parking is available for a fee. The nearest parking lots are P401, P405 &amp; P402 &amp; P404.
Departure Details: Experience departs from 400 Toulouse St, New Orleans, LA 70130 at the Gray Line New Orleans Information Desk, located within Jax Brewery on the ground level, inside the Toulouse Street entrance. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time to check-in. Tour departs on time. For any issues, contact your provider, Gray Line New Orleans, at 800-233-2628.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable, as well as informative and thought provoking ghostly tour of the French Quarter. Our guide, Joel, was a masterful guide. One minute he would make us laugh, the next cause us to reflect sombrely on the sometimes very dark history of New Orleans. It ended up being a highlight of the vacation. Recommended!

Superb tour!

We showed up on the time and date to our tour and no one was there.  We tried to call Gray Line yesterday to ask for a refund and they told us to talk to you. The tour we were booked on was a gift and we won’t be able to reschedule with our trip ending. Is there any way you could refund some of all of the money to the person who got us the gift

Our staff is addressing this for you now.  That tour departed from our ticket office location at the designated time with other guests, but for whatever reason that you were unable to join the tour we appreciate that you booked with us.

We booked this tour and it did not disappoint. Mary was our guide and she was so well versed and knowledgeable about this history of New Orleans and the ghostly past of many establishments. Highly recommend!

Ghost walking tour

Our tour was wonderful.  Todd was our guide and he had some wonderful stories.  It was very interesting.  We went into the Ballroom and I captured something on my camera.....that was quite exciting I can't wait to get my film developed.  The story of Zach and Addie was very interesting.  Todd was very knowledgeable of the area and it was a very good tour.  My sister in law took a different tour and it seems as though they visited a lot more places but we hit a few with very interesting stories.

We will be sure to share this review with Todd.  We use stories that have been researched and those with history behind them so we know that the sites well.

Very informative

The tour was very good. The guide had many stories to tell and kept your interest. The places visited were varied and interesting. Although it was a walking tour, it was an easy tour to complete. Very informative and enjoyable.

Ghostly eascapade

I'm a self proclaimed ghost-hunter, and when i came by this tour I was sure I'd love it. I was satisfied with the service from Tripshock.com and Grayline. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and added the right amount of enthusiasm to keep the tour scary, yet enjoyable.

Great experience

Dartanya lead us thoroughly through the history on the French Quarter and was very insightful and entertaining.  She didn’t rush, encouraged questions and opened my eyes to a different perspective of the area and history.  I really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to others.  Just bring water as it’s warm even at night.

The tour was ok. Much of the information was made up or very general. Our guide made it fun and was entertaining. Not scary or historical at all if that’s what you’re looking for.

Recommended to us by a friend. We enjoyed seeing lots of sites in a short amount of time. Bus was comfortable and nice and cool on a hot day. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Driver handled the bus well. Easy access to the street car.

Taylor did an amazing job leading us around the French Quarter while telling us interesting historical facts at every turn.  The cemetery information was fascinating, even though we weren't able to enter due to ongoing litigation issues involving the Catholic Church.  I highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Taylor!!!

Let me tell you how outstanding Sandra was who led our tour.   I think you would be hard pressed to find a more accommodating and knowledgeable person to lead these tours in Nea Orleans. I live here now but a friend was in town and we decided to do all the “tourist” things.  So glad we did.   Sandra deserves a raise I would highly recommend anyone to go on a tour she is leading.   Will definitely book again next time friends from out of town visit our city!!!

Brian was extremely knowledgeable with the history of New Orleans and super fun too! My group was so fun and intrigued by his fun facts. The tour itself was excellent. We walked to different bars in the neighborhood and experienced the cocktails that each bar featured. We will definitely do this again if and when we come back! Great job, Brian!

This was our fourth cocktail tour and we learn more history each time. We went to 4 bars( 2 for first time). Joe was our excellent guide. He is so much fun and knowledgeable about all the history and cocktails.

Not all of the "history" was accurate.  It would have been good to know where we were going before the tour.  The food as very good, the guide was funny and engaging.

A good tour overall

Miss Lisa was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the history of every place we went, and the foods we were eating. She was genuinely happy to answer all questions and kept everyone feeling happy. We had a very difficult person in our group, but she did an excellent job at keeping everyone happy throughout. She even walked with me and some of the others to another restaurant location she recommended ❤️ Thanks so much! Will recommend to my friends!
