Departure Details: For the morning tour, hotel pickups begin at 8:45 AM and continue until approximately 10:00 AM. And for the afternoon tour, hotel pickups begin 12:30 PM and continue until 2:00 PM. Please call 1-877-643-1258 or e-mail reconfirm@grayline.com 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm details. Present your voucher to the Gray Line representative upon pick-up. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The tour departs on time. Any issues, please contact your provider, Gray Line Miami, at 877-643-1258.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide/driver.

Simply, this tour is a great idea for anyone just wanting to see what miami has to offer for a day. Pick-ups were on time, and the stops encompass a large area so I was able to visit most the places I've always been told I should go (arsht center and mango's especially).
