- Open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Park is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Street parking.
- A flight includes 4 revolutions and lasts about 10 – 15 minutes.
- Children 2 and under are free.
- In the case of extreme winds and lightning, the SkyWheel may close down.
- Tickets purchased online are good for up to one year from date of purchase, but are non-refundable unless the Skywheel is not operating.

Both print and mobile vouchers are accepted. If using a mobile voucher, your barcodes must be visible on a mobile device to redeem. As a precaution, it is recommended you or someone in your party screenshots the barcodes prior to arrival.

I really enjoyed the ride. The wait wasn't long, the views were amazing and the cab even had heat for such a cold day. Satisfied. Will definitely ride again.
