Restrictions
- Customer must be at least 18 years old to parasail unsupervised. Waivers will need to be completed by all participants.
- All flyers must be 5 years or older. Under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No food, alcohol, or beverages allowed on boat.
- No service or comfort animals allowed onboard.
- Expectant mothers are not permitted to fly.
- Parasail boat is limited to 12 passengers.
- Children under 5 are not allowed on boat.
- Weight restrictions are weather dependent.
- This activity is not handicap accessible.
Additional information
- Family members or friends that elect not to parasail may ride on the boat, but will need to purchase an observer ticket for a guaranteed spot on the boat.
- If the weather is unfavorable, and the vendor calls off the trip, we will attempt to reschedule for another time or day. If we cannot meet customer demands for this, we'll refund the purchase amount.
- If weather conditions force you to cut your time short, the price will be prorated accordingly.
- The total weight must not exceed 550lbs and weight restrictions are weather dependent.
- The approximate time in the air is between 8 and 10 minutes.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Restrooms are available at departure location.
- Free parking is available on-site.

Booking on here was so easy. The captain and his crew were pleasant and very accommodating! Our trip could not take off as planned due to high winds. I appreciated the effort and care they took with the lives of my son and myself. They allowed us to sit and wait under one of their rental chairs until the winds died down. Out of the 3 businesses I have gone parasailing with in Pensacola, Laguna was by far the best and most accommodating. I would highly recommend them to others!
