• 18 years of age with a valid drivers license to rent.
• One person CANNOT represent more than one rental contract in the same rental period.
• Weight limit: 400 lbs per scoot coupe (combined).
• Renter must possess a valid ID and credit card.
• Service and comfort animals of any kind are prohibited from riding in vehicles.
• Vehicles are not handicap accessible.
• All passengers under 18 years of age are required to wear DOT approved helmets which are provided but may not fit small children.

• Public restrooms available at Casino Beach.
• $100 security deposit with a valid credit card due when vehicle is picked up.
• Trunk and glove compartment storage available.
• If the scooters are not returned when the time is up, a late charge will be assessed and paid directly to the renter.

$100 security deposit with a valid credit card due when vehicle is picked up. Customers who cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date will receive a refund minus a $5 service charge. Customers who cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather is unfavorable and the vendor calls off the rental, the rental may be rescheduled for a later date/time or a full refund is issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation period. Person signing the rental contract must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid picture ID, and a VALID credit card. In the case of severe weather, a raincheck may be provided but is not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of the Scooter Hut Rentals LLC.
