The food was good, good music but not enough.

Nothing too special. Tour wasn't super informative but lunch was decent and it was good to do since the weather was bad and you can be inside for the whole boat tour.

The sail is very nice by itself, with good views and a great guide. Add some great Jazz musicians and delicious local food, and it is nothing less than incredibly amazing! Definitely a must-do!

Great tour! Guide was very informative & gave us a very detailed tour of the french quarter. Started right on time & provided blankets on a chilly night. Would recommend.

Easy booking. Activity was great and the lady that took us around did a great job on telling story’s about the area. Even the kids enjoyed the tour!!! Highly recommend.

Using Tripshock made my life super easy! Everything was easy to use and with no hassle. The Audubon zoo is top notch and the aquarium was really neat. I wasnt as thrilled with the Insects and Butterfly exhibits but all in all, it was a great day!

After too many days on Christmas break with lots of rain, we booked this trip! It was so nice to see the sun and we loved the New Orleans zoo! The Aquarium & Insectarium did not dissappoint either! Great price here for these 3 attractions.

Enjoyed the tour and our guide was quite good. But definitely need to find a way to make guests feel more spooked/haunted/vulnerable.

I've been on several tours and this has been my favorite. Our guide and host, Scott, was my favorite of all guides: enthusiastic, funny, and dramatic. The tales were emotional and that touch of scary that makes you double check the door is locked.

This was our second time in New Orleans and after doing a tour the previous trip we wanted to try another one to see more of the city. Our tour guide Robby Rob was fantastic! Great story teller and very friendly. We had a great time and learned a lot of interesting history!

Great helped us to learn more about the city and neighborhoods. Also have us ideas of where we wanted to go back to another day to visit. Great knowledgeable guide.

Although the first day or our tour the weather was lousy that is not the fault of the bus company. They did what they could to make it a good experience. Second day was much better and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Loved the combo tour-both the swamp and Oak Alley. Even though it was January we saw about five baby alligators and got to hold an alligator. Guide was great. Oak Alley Plantation was beautiful and pictures don't do it justice. Only complaint would be that we would have loved extra time at the plantation. Didn't get to see everything we wanted including the movie.

My sister and I booked the swamp and Laura plantation tour. They picked us up right in front of our hotel in a very nice and clean bus. All employees were EXTREMELY friendly. Our swamp guide was Capitan Tom! And he was AMAZING. We came at a time where there wasn't many gators out due to the cold weather but we were able to see other wildlife and a few young gators. He always had a female gator for us to hold! He was very knowledgeable of the swamp and was very entertaining! He is one of the few original guides of this swamp. From the swamp we were taken by bus to Laura Plantation. It was a very nice tour with a hearty history. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends and family! Thank you guys for an amazing experience!

The bus driver Demetria was great and accomodating

Both my wife and myself really enjoyed the Plantations we toured. We were picked up @ our Hotel on time by Cajun Encounters. The driver & trainee were very courteous & very knowledgeable about our tour. The entire experience was very enjoyable & we will definitely book tours with them in the future.

If you only see one plantation this us a must. Our guide Rose was exceptional. The plantation his a really interesting history and was run by 4 generations of females. Furnished throughout. The tour guide really brings the story of the family, slaves and history to life. Oak Alley was good too, We did both but if I had only time for one it Would definitely be Laura. The tour company was good too.

Excellent tour!! The horse draw tour was great. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and made the tour enjoyable. The horse/mule drawn carriage was a perfect was to see the city with an added bonus of a foot tour of the cemetery. Highly recommend!!
