Greg's professional background is in hotel management and internet marketing so TripShock! was a great opportunity for him to utilize his communication and marketing skills in a very competitive industry. Keone started her hospitality career in the Florida Keys. After moving to Northwest Florida, she has honed her management and customer service skills while working at different properties. Peggy has been active in the tourism industry for over 25 years. She was employed by the Bayou Lafourche Area CVB for over 15 years promoting her home parish of Lafourche as well as the entire state of Louisiana. In 2009 she graduated from the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College where she received her certification as a Travel Marketing Professional (TMP). She is an active member of the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association where she currently serves on the Membership Task Force Committee. In 2007 she was designated as a Louisiana Certified Travel Professional (LCTP), by the association. In addition to working for TripShock! Dana started working for Tripshock in 2014. She began her management career with the Walt Disney Company in 2005 so superior customer service is no stranger to her. Dana enjoys everything about the travel industry. Her time here at Tripshock has been short, but her sales for the 2014 season reflect her hard work and dedication. Dana enjoys traveling in her off time and spending time with her family.

Sara came to TripShock! after several years of working in the charter fishing and boat rental industry. Her knowledge and integrity has made her the top booking agent in 2016 for most bookings and sales. In her free time, Sara travels to different art shows and sells her hand crafted pocket watches.
Mike FisherContent Manager
Joining the team full-time in August 2015, Mike comes from a strong background of web development, graphic design, and content creation. Tripshock's social media presence, website banners, as well as travel blogs all fall under the watch of the Content Manager. Mike began working for TripShock part-time while pursuing a music career in Austin, TX, and regularly performs in the Austin area.
