Yes, after the trip, the crew will fillet all of your fish for trips (20% is customary). They will bag it up, but you'll need to have a cooler with ice to take it with you. There are several restaurants nearby that will cook your catch such as AJ's Restaurant, Dewey Destin Harborside and Tailfins.
