Yes, you can bring large groups of people to crab island. However, if you plan on throwing a large party or non-sanctioned event, then you must get approval from the National Park Service (NPS). It's a very popular place to bring large groups, and there are several charter companies that can bring upwards to 50 guests at once. If you have even more guests, you can book multiple charters.
