If biking sounds fun, rent bikes for a few hours because the island is one of the easiest places to explore on 2 wheels, and you can cover a lot without ever feeling like you are in a hurry. I have found that people enjoy Hilton Head the most when they leave a little room in the schedule instead of filling every hour. With only 2 days, I would rather have 3 or 4 memorable experiences that you can really enjoy than spend the whole trip driving around trying to check every attraction off a list.
