Yes, but location matters. Visitors staying near Pier Park, Front Beach Road resorts, or walkable restaurant areas can enjoy the beach, shopping, dining, and some attractions without driving every day. However, activities like Shell Island tours, snorkeling trips, fishing charters, and St. Andrews State Park may require rideshare, shuttle, or transportation to the departure point. PCB is easier without a car when the hotel or condo is close to the activities already planned.
