Free or low-cost activities include beach time, walking the shoreline, sunset viewing, walking in Conservation Park, visiting public beach accesses like M.B. Miller County Pier, and exploring Pier Park. Paid activities are most worth it when they provide access visitors cannot easily get alone, such as Shell Island tours, dolphin cruises, snorkeling trips, sunset cruises, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters. A good balance is one paid water activity plus plenty of free beach time.
