No. The person booking the charter must be at least 18 years old, and minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the trip. Private charters aren't intended to serve as childcare or supervision for unaccompanied minors. If you have questions about your group's ages, check the operator's policies before booking.
