Weather conditions are evaluated before every flight, and captains continuously monitor changing conditions while on the water. If winds become unsafe, additional flights won't be launched, and riders already in the air are brought back to the boat using the winch system. Professional parasailing operators are trained to make weather-related decisions long before conditions become dangerous.
