Most people assume seasickness is caused by big waves, but on dolphin cruises, it often involves constant small movement rather than dramatic swells. Even on days that look calm from shore, the boat can still have a gentle rocking motion that builds up over time. One thing to keep in mind is that where you sit makes a huge difference. Staying toward the middle of the boat feels more stable than sitting right at the front or back, where motion is more noticeable. Fresh air helps a lot too, so stepping outside rather than staying in enclosed areas can reduce that uneasy feeling. Timing is another factor. Morning cruises are easier for sensitive passengers because winds and boat traffic are usually lighter. If you know you are very sensitive, taking something ahead of time can make the whole experience much more enjoyable.
