The sun is high, and you will usually see more boat traffic, which can make the experience feel busier. Dolphins are still active, but spotting them sometimes takes more attention because of glare and movement on the water. Sunset cruises are the ones people often talk about the most afterward because the entire coastline changes visually as the sun drops. Families with younger kids enjoy mornings more, while couples often prefer the sunset for the ambience. Midday is the most flexible but can feel the hottest during summer.
