If your rental begins at a certain hour, showing up right at the exact moment can create unnecessary stress before the ride even starts. I usually recommend giving yourself enough extra time that parking, paperwork, and safety instructions do not feel rushed. Instead of worrying about whether you are late, you have time to get organized, ask questions, and settle in. Holiday crowds are part of visiting a popular destination, but they become much easier to handle when you build some flexibility into your schedule.
