If you want to make that work, you will need to treat the meal as the break that resets the day instead of squeezing it into whatever time is left. I would usually recommend putting the first water activity earlier in the day when temperatures are lower, and the water is calmer. After that, give yourself enough time to clean up, get to lunch without rushing, and actually enjoy sitting down. Then the second activity becomes something you look forward to instead of something you are trying to fit into an already packed schedule. I have seen visitors try to rush through lunch so they could cram in more activity time, but they often ended up more tired once they got back on the water.
