Unlike Destin, Pensacola Beach doesn't have a shallow sandbar destination comparable to Crab Island. Instead, many boat tours focus on dolphin watching, the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Santa Rosa Sound, Pensacola Bay, and scenic cruising. The area's geography naturally creates different boating experiences than those found around Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay.
