The biggest difference is the scene more than anything else, because you are still on the same water, just at two totally different times of the day. Morning cruises in Key West feel calmer and more open. The water is smoother, the air is a little cooler, and everything feels slower. I have seen a lot of people who like a more paid back experience prefer mornings because it feels less crowded out on the water. Sunset cruises give a great atmosphere. There is usually a little more energy on board, people are taking photos, talking more, and it feels a bit more social. The water itself is still nice, but the focus shifts to the sky and the end of the day.
