If you are not morning people, it is not a problem at all because there are plenty of activities that actually work really well later in the day. Late morning into afternoon is a great window for boat tours or dolphin cruises out of Santa Rosa Beach. You are not dealing with the early rush, and you still get a full experience out on the water. Afternoons also work well for pontoon rentals if you want something more flexible. You can take your time getting out, grab lunch first, then go cruise around and anchor in calmer water spots. As it gets closer to evening, sunset cruises are the easiest fit. You do not have to wake up early. You just show up, go out on the water, and the whole trip builds toward that sunset moment.
