Santa Rosa Beach feels like a blend of both. While it welcomes visitors throughout the year, much of the community consists of year-round neighborhoods, local businesses, parks, and schools rather than a landscape dominated by resorts and hotels. That combination gives Santa Rosa Beach a more lived-in feel while still providing easy access to some of Florida's most popular beaches.
