Not swimming does not limit you much at all around here, because a lot of the popular activities do not require getting in the water in the first place. Boat tours are your safest and easiest option. Dolphin cruises and sightseeing trips are fully on the boat the entire time, so everyone just sits, relaxes, and enjoys the ride. Nobody is expected to get in the water, and the crew handles everything from start to finish. Even if you go the pontoon route, swimming is completely optional. A lot of people just cruise, anchor in a calm area, and stay on the boat the whole time, while others might hop in. I have seen plenty of groups where half the people never touched the water and still said it was their favorite part of the trip because they were seeing dolphins and just enjoying the scenery. One thing to keep in mind is that you are not signing up for something that requires participation in swimming or being in the ocean.
