Beach-based parasailing operations even launch directly behind Pompano Joe's, making the activity part of the scenery while you dine. However, larger dolphin cruises, fishing charters, and Crab Island boats generally depart from Destin Harbor rather than Miramar Beach, so you won't see those tour fleets from Gulf-front restaurants.
