Not as much as many visitors expect. While beach days depend on weather, Hilton Head offers golf, tennis, pickleball, shopping, museums, Harbour Town, dolphin cruises, nature preserves, and scenic drives throughout much of the year. Cooler temperatures often make biking, walking, and exploring the island even more enjoyable, allowing visitors to stay active in every season.
