No, don't count on it, especially if it's a public cruise. Most sunset cruises are back in the Harbor before the start of the sunset cruises. That would mean the sunset cruise would be 3-4 hours long in some cases and would not be enjoyable. If you see a tour that offers both sunset and fireworks, you'll like be missing the sunset or go out right after, which is not technically a sunset cruise. Now it is possible to book a private charter later in the day for 4 hours and be able to catch the sunset and fireworks. That would be my suggestion if you decide you want both fireworks and sunset. Also, just note that fireworks are not every day of the week. Typically in Summer, they are every Thursday on the Harbor, but also you might see them on holidays such as Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day and July 4th week.
