Families should expect to carry everything they need for their visit because Shell Island has no restaurants, beach rentals, or permanent visitor facilities. Water, snacks, towels, sunscreen, toys, and shade can quickly become a lot to transport, especially with toddlers. Before bringing a wagon or large beach cart, check whether your shuttle or tour has enough room to transport it.
