Not necessarily. Many Destin captains regularly host bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, and friend groups and expect a social atmosphere. What matters is whether the group follows the captain's safety instructions and the company's rules. Drinking and music are very different from dangerous behavior, harassment, excessive intoxication, or repeatedly ignoring the person responsible for the boat.
