Potentially, yes. Orange Beach sits immediately west of the Florida state line, so eastern Orange Beach parasailing trips can provide views toward Perdido Key on clear days. You won't see a giant line in the Gulf announcing that you've reached Florida, unfortunately, but the proximity helps explain why Orange Beach and Perdido Key can appear to form one continuous stretch of coastline.
