Most people stay dry when they land back on the parasailing boat, but it is not a guaranteed completely dry situation every time. The landing is controlled, and the crew is lining you up to come in smoothly, so under normal conditions, you are lowered onto the back platform or brought right to the edge of the boat without dropping into the water. Where people sometimes get a little splash is at the very end, when the boat is steadying you in, or if there is light chop and the stern of the boat is moving a bit with the waves. Even then, it is usually just a small spray on your feet or lower legs rather than anything like a full soak.
