Yes, but they'll probably be watching you from quite a distance rather than getting a close-up view. Orange Beach regulations keep occupied parasails at least 1,000 feet offshore, and the towline itself can extend hundreds of feet behind the vessel. A parent who wants to actually see the launch, landing, and your face during the experience will get a much better view as a permitted boat observer than from a beach chair.
