Do not assume tubing is allowed just because your rental boat has enough horsepower to pull one. Some Orange Beach rental companies specifically prohibit towing tubes, skiers or other riders behind their vessels, while others may offer boats and equipment designed for watersports. Check the rental agreement before bringing your own tube; attaching unauthorized tow equipment can violate the contract and potentially leave you responsible for damage.
